01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 369bet may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 369bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

5.3 Bonus Abuse

369bet reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — where it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the 369bet platform — including JILI slots, live baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, sports betting markets, bingo, and all other titles — produce outcomes determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live events (in the case of sports betting and live casino). The results produced by 369bet's gaming systems are final and binding, subject only to the error resolution process set out below.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

No bet will be settled on the basis of an erroneous outcome. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all electronic gaming machines and RNG-based games on the 369bet platform.

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets on 369bet are governed by 369bet's Sports Betting Rules, which cover market settlement, postponed events, abandoned matches, and void bets. In the case of any dispute over the settlement of a sports bet, 369bet's decision — reached after review of all available information — shall be final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 369bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Creating more than one account on 369bet.
• Using the platform if you have been self-excluded or are subject to a suspension imposed by 369bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access, browse, or interact with the 369bet platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 369bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by 369bet

369bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold any funds therein pending investigation, if we reasonably suspect that:

• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account has been used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion or court order;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or money laundering activity has occurred through the account;
• Information provided during registration or KYC is materially false or misleading;
• The account holder is resident in a jurisdiction where use of 369bet is prohibited by local law.

Where a suspension is issued, 369bet will endeavour to communicate the reason to the affected player via the registered email address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or conflict with a legal obligation.

12.2 Closure by Player

Any remaining balance on your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any pending charges, provided that all KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 369bet operates in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. Where PAGCOR has established a dispute resolution mechanism applicable to players, 369bet will cooperate with that process in good faith.

14 Amendments to These Terms

369bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 369bet will notify registered players via the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 369bet platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
